Discussion:

We don’t see Hiro or Peter in this episode. I want to catch up with Peter, but I didn’t miss the ancient Japan scenes in this episode.

Maya and Alejandro find Sylar in the desert and he gets to see their powers later. If he were to try and steal their powers, I don’t know how it would work since they have this yin/yang thing going on. Would Sylar get both the power to kill and the power to stop it?

The new hero chick in New Orleans working at the burger shop can see something and then do it. So logically, she could see powers from the other Heroes and replicate them.

West is going to find out about Claire’s father at some point in time and he is going to be mad. I’m not sure how long they can actually hide it from Bennett and I am not sure how long he can hide working with the Haitian. But it will be fun to watch unfold.

So we come to Parkman, Mohinder and Molly. I think the big spoiler of this episode is that Parkman’s father is Molly’s Nightmare Man. We finally find the photo of all the “original” Heroes, the 12 from Linderman and Nakamora and the Petrellis, and we find Bob in there, Parkman’s Father, some other chick and 2-3 other faces we have never seen. And I did not see it coming that Parkman’s father would be in that group. But I am glad to see him getting more entwined into the entire show. And I hope that Molly comes out of her coma, I am guessing that The Nightmare Man has her and Parkman will have to go rescue her.

Next Week:
We’ll get to see Peter again and hopefully he will get his memory back. And I am guessing that we’ll catch up with Hiro in the past. And they will have to show what comes next with Molly and Parkman’s father.

We are school teachers out in Alaska and missed the first and third episodes of this season. Can anyone tell us where we can get them? We can’t stream out here, not enough bandwidth and they are not on iTunes. We recorded the second and tonights episodes in the hopes that someone would have an answer. Thanks

Naw, that chick can only mimic what she see’s on TV, pay attention!

As for where to get the episodes, i would suggest Bit torrents….. but you know thats kinda a gray area of legality

Sees on TV so far… that doesn’t mean that it is only from TV. Perhaps you are right, I don’t know. But it would be better if she could imitate anything that she sees anywhere.

I agree w/Cinomed. I would be very shocked if she could mimic powers just by sight.

I believe her powers work just like Hiro’s waitress; photographic memory (remember her test) and perfect recall. There is only one exception; her power is not limited to merely mental tasks.

So think about The Matrix; they could download into memory any information or skill they required. Her power in essence is exactly the same.

In addition; it looks like our little Micah is more like Sylar. But I think the extent of his power is GREATER. Remember Sylar originally used his ability on mechanical objects (specifically watches). Micah’s (due to generation) power has initially been focused on technology.

    Just my two cents.

Sylar’s original power was to “see how things worked” and he used it to fix watches by hand, not by just touching them. The way he steals other people’s power is by seeing how humans get their powers, what part of the brain it comes from, and he steals that part of the brain. But yea, I kinda agree with you, Micah could turn out to be more powerful than even Sylar.

Some friends and I at work have a running theory that the person killing the people in the photo is the original Kensei. Don’t know what they did to make him mad, but we thing he is the one taking revenge, hence his symbol being on the photos.

  8. admin Says:

That’s an interesting theory and it goes in-line with his ability to heal. It is possible that he can’t die.

This is an amazing title. Reminds me of Blanche in A Streetcar Named Desire, towards the end when she says, ‘i have always depended on the kindness of strangers’. this possible connotating that the heroes need help! or like blanche being taken to a mental asylum? oo crazily clever title
